Catching Up With Old And New Friends!

It is high time as I have gone through recreating my social network I should really get around to catching up with a lot of old friends which I have let slide because of myself moving and going through the process of recovering from my depression.

Something I sort of regret as I miss them but at least I can attempt to get back in contact with them all in an effort to start to rebuild my social life outside of my work and family. It is time I start this so I can regain more sanity and structure to my life again all long overdue.

As always it is not as easy as it sounds as my depression has made me far too self-sufficient and insular which is far from a healthy place to be especially for someone who need social side to life.
